Klimom A2 Ghee is made slowly using a traditional method followed in Indian homes for generations. It begins with Klimom Pure A2 Milk sourced from Gir cows, raised with care at our gaushala.
The milk is boiled, cooled to the right warmth, and set into curd. This curd is left to rest and then churned using age-old methods to obtain unsalted butter. The butter is gently heated until all moisture evaporates and only clear ghee remains. Nothing is rushed or altered.
Because the ghee is made patiently using this curd-to-butter-to-ghee process, families across India include it in daily cooking for children and for mothers during pregnancy and breastfeeding, based on household food choices.
