Refund & Cancellation Policy

Klimom delivers fresh dairy products that are perishable in nature. Due to strict quality and food safety standards, the following policy applies.

 

1. Order Cancellation

Milk Subscriptions (Hyderabad & Secunderabad)

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified before 8:00 PM on the previous day of delivery.
  • Same-day cancellations are not permitted.
  • Subscription pauses must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

 

One-Time Orders

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

 

2. No Returns Policy

All Klimom products — including milk, curd, paneer, butter, and ghee — are non-returnable.

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided after delivery.

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • Damaged packaging at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered

Concerns must be reported within:

  • 4 hours for fresh dairy products
  • 24 hours for ghee deliveries

Valid claims require order details and clear photographic evidence.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

4. No Cash On Delivery (COD)

Klimom does not offer Cash on Delivery.

All orders must be prepaid through available digital payment methods at checkout.
